The Eternal City has always been considered a museum of wonders for all the great monuments it hosts in the inner city: the Spanish Steps, Navona Square, the Pantheon and the Trevi Fountain.
Our expert tour guide will take you through the historical centre, starting from the Spanish Steps, well known for the staircase of the titular church of the Holy Trinity of the Hills and the Barcaccia (the Fountain of the Old Boat). We will then carry on to the Trevi Fountain, well known for the movie “La Dolce Vita” of 1960.
Our visit will continue towards an ancient temple of pagan deities, the Pantheon, which today is a Christian Basilica. After that we will visit Navona Square to admire the artworks of Gian Lorenzo Bernini and Francesco Borromini. Last but not least, We will enjoy a walk in Piazza Campo de Fiori, location of a famous open-air market.

Built in 1725 to connect Piazza di Spagna with the French monastery church Trinità dei Monti.There are 135 steps and three different terraces overlooking the amazing Fontana della Barcaccia, designed by Gian Lorenzo Bernini. Placed at the bottom of the Spanish Steps there is one of the most famous squares in Rome. It owes its name to the Palazzo di Spagna, the seat of the Embassy of Spain to the Holy See.
Considered the most popular fountain in the world, it is 30 meters wide and was built against the ancient Palazzo Poli. Fontana di Trevi stands at the junction of three roads, which come together just in front of the fountain. Don't forget to toss a coin into the Fountain if you wish to return to Rome!
The most impressive Roman Temple, one of the best preserved buildings of Roman antiquity; its dome with the famous oculus is the biggest ever built in the world.
The greatest baroque Square in Rome, built above the remains of the Stadium of Domitian. It is famous for the nightlife, for the portrait street artists and for the monumental Fountain of the Four Rivers, an authentic masterpiece of Gian Lorenzo Bernini.
A magical open-air market in the morning turns romantic at night: Campo de' Fiori is surrounded by the memory of the Renaissance in Rome with places such as Piazza Farnese and Palazzo della Cancelleria.
